This Beachfront (‘pied dans l’eau’) villa is located in Flic-en-Flac, right next to one of the best stretches of sandy beach on the Western coast of the island. This lavish Villa offers panoramic sea views of the Indian Ocean and features a nice tropical garden, swimming pool, a small kiosk/bar and barbecue area.
Guests also have the privilege of going on boat excursions or fishing trips literally from the villa’s doorstep. Our Beach villa guests can also benefit from the facilities of our main Villasun Holiday complex (located less than a 5 minute drive away), which includes a large swimming pool, a kids pool,
a tennis court, a fitness room and a club house.
The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are well furnished. Bed linen as well as towels are provided. The spacious living area and dining room are modernly equipped with flat-screen TV (satellite channels available) and WIFI. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry corner includes a washing machine. The relaxing terrace offers a comfortable seating area where guests can enjoy memorable and breathtaking sunset views. Private parking is available.
Although the centre of Flic-en-Flac with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars is just a short hop away , our villa nestled in a quiet ‘impasse’ ensures a peaceful stay for our residents.

Breakfasts may be ordered and delivered at €8 per day + the cost of groceries (at cost price). Checklist to be provided to clients for ordering the night before.
- Free Fridge Pre stocking
The fridge pre stocking can be organized prior to arrival. The shopping list is available and must be returned at least 5 days prior to arrival. The bill at cost price shall be submitted upon check out.
